Through this experiential somatic integration session, we dive deep into the sensations that were brought up by the psychedelic journey in a way that honors the interactions between the body and the mind and allows one to tap into their own body wisdom and inner guidance for the answers that they seek. This is an experiential journey that allows for a few participants to dive deeper into the insights and messages that are there for them. Space is limited to 12.
Be held in a safe and confidential container with other community members, whether you are the person actively working through a psychedelic experience in a somatic session or just holding space for others as a compassionate witness.
This circle is ideal for people who have an expanded state of consciousness experience that they are exploring, whether through psychedelics, dreams, meditation, or some other form.
This circle is trauma-informed, experiential and has components of guided meditation, somatic inquiry, and a more structured process. There will be opportunities for a deep dive into 1-3 experiences and then space for sharing and closing. Whether we dive deep into your experience or not, all of us will receive insights through the collective experience. We welcome all of you into this safe space.
TIMES: 11:00 am - 12:30 pm PST/2pm-3:30 EST/7pm-8:30pm BST, every first Friday of the month except for July where it is happening on the 2nd Friday of the month, 7/14.
